Elevation is a one-day mountain journey designed for those who want more than just a nature walk.

Combining hiking, rock climbing, tandem paragliding, and creative workshops, this experience invites you to explore your limits, play with altitude, and transform fear into freedom.

You’ll be guided by:

• A psychologist or certified coach, specialized in emotional resilience and overcoming fear

• A certified mountain guide for all technical activities

• A creative facilitator (artist) to help you express what you feel

• A gentle hike to reach an inspiring natural site

• Beginner-friendly rock climbing or via ferrata session

• Tandem paragliding flight (or alternate activity if weather doesn't allow)

• Short reflective moments throughout the day

• Supportive group discussions led by a mental health professional

🎨 Creative Expression

• Choose your medium: free writing, expressive drawing, silent theater, or intuitive dance
